Can all teeth be treated with this method?
No, complicated cases involving significant movement of the teeth are not suitable for this method. In these cases conventional orthodontia, possibly in conjunction with surgery, may be used.


Is it much more expensive than regular orthodontia?
Invisalign is around 50-75% more expensive than braces.


For how long must the splints be worn inside the mouth?
The splints should in principle be worn day and night, apart from meal times.


Is it difficult to talk while wearing the splints and are they visible?
The splints are extremely thin, have no effect on speech and can only be seen from up close.


Does the treatment hurt?
When teeth are moved a tension can be felt, and those teeth that have to move the furthest may ache during the first period of treatment.
